We take classic, real-deal spaghetti and coat it in Brian’s signature family marinara made with whole peeled tomatoes, fresh onions, garlic, red pepper and lots of basil. Then we top it with creamy dreamy Mozzarella and authentic Parmigiano Reggiano – the undisputed king of cheeses – and slather the bread with house made garlic butter. Chef’s tip: Add on a few of our famous beef ricotta meatballs (while supplies last, of course).
